● Commercial invoice or order confirmation email (which is clearly showing product description, price and sales channel).

● Attention, processing warranty claims may require more than one type of proof of purchase Identify the address to which the item was originally shipped and provide the serial number of the defective item(on the lower right corner of the back of the product). And a visual proof (short video or picture) describing the problem.

We accept product returned (repair, replacement) situation accordingly within the warranty period under the condition of proper use and maintenance which caused by the material and workmanship of the machine itself problem or failure.

● Please contact us for return authorization. We will not accept return without prior authorization.

● Please send the products for return or replacement to the correct address.

● We will do replacement for you as soon as possible after get the confirming that our warehouse receives your defective products.
